On Tuesday night we had a little foot pampering party at my house. It was Sarah, Amy, Sharley and myself. This is a picture of all of our feet with paraffin wax on them (which turned out quite difficult to remove completely, but felt soooooooooooooo good.)
We even got Justin and Gary to do their hand in the paraffin wax with a bit of convincing. Notice that they only did one hand....also notice that they both had band-aids on their left hands. They work with their hands and had some cuts that are in the healing process.
I thought this picture was funny. That's what they get for hanging out with a bunch of women. Must not have been anything on the TV!

haha, oh my! I'm so anti-feet I'm not sure I would be able to do this with you, but it sure looks relaxing!!
And I feel the same way, about limiting the food intake and then running out of energy. Ugh.
