After an eternity (Ok, only like 2 weeks), my oven is working!!!!! Hallelujah!
My brilliant husband traced down the problem to the digital control panel thingy (I'm sure that's what its called). We sent it off to a place in Illinois for repair. A week and $90 later and we're back in business!!!! YAY!!This place, CG Industries, fixes all kinds of appliance and exercise equipment panels....much cheaper than buying new for sure! FYI!

Awesome! Great job, Justin, for figuring out the problem! That is WAY over my head! I LOVE it when things can be fixed instead of replaced.
