Just had a minute for a little update, not that anyone really cares, but.....
I'm still going!!! I have been working out every day! I personally can't believe that I have kept it up. I feel great for the moment, no sore muscles today. I have been doing different things every day and I think that is key for me! I even moved around my office furniture at work so I can work out at lunch. Anyway, so far so good!

Workin' Out
I'm doing it! I exercised last night, for real!! I bought a yoga mat and a new work out video a little while ago and just last night, I took off the plastic. It was extremely difficult. I was screaming through parts of it and wanted to cry at times. Only 20 minutes and I was spent! I sat on the couch afterward and my legs were shaking. I tried to walk downstairs and had to hold the wall because my legs were like wet noodles. Anyway, I am just a little sore today and plan on doing more exercising tonight, not the video but maybe my bike. I hope I can get into a routine and keep it up! Wish me luck!

Kenlee and her Ultrasound
I had to take Kenlee to Primary Children's Medical Center today so that she could get an ultrasound of her kidneys. My doctor ordered it after she had UTI's twice at the end of last year. From what the doctor said, everything looks good.
I have to say though.....this was one of the best experiences I have had at a hospital. Maybe because it was so simple, I don't know? We were in and out in 30 minutes. It was fantastic!

Facebook and the Millers
We are officially on Facebook now. I signed up a little while ago but Justin decided to give it a try just recently. Justin has really enjoyed finding people he knew from his younger days. (I think he already has more friends than me!) I get to catch up with my some of my family that lives in Missouri. It's really cool! I totally recommend it, but beware, it is really addictive!!

Big Fat Loser
I am doing a Biggest Loser type weight loss contest with my co-workers. We are calling it "Big Fat Loser". It started on Jan. 6th and ends on March 31st. The worst part is getting on that scale in front of everyone. It's humiliating! I need to get serious about it. This first week of competition I haven't been very good at all. I haven't been watching my diet or exercising. Although, I did quit drinking soda (again) and did a lot of cleaning around the house yesterday, does that count as exercising? I swear, I was running or close to it! Anyway, wish me luck!

Basement Improvements 2008
We have been very slowly finishing our basement. We decided to pay as we go and only finish what we can pay in cash. Needless to say, it won't be totally finished for quite a while. Right now
we have a hall, one bedroom, a storage closet and the laundry room. I love my laundry room! No more concrete and 2x4's!!! I also have to add that Justin surprised me with the drywall. When we took our trip to California last Spring, he arranged for his Dad and brothers (& brother-in-law) to put up all the drywall for the rooms we were finishing. I was shocked and excited! I know they put a lot of time and effort into it and we are very greatful for it! Then Ken (Justin's dad) stayed with us while he worked on the mudding and all the finish drywall work. Now besides some minor things and carpet, that part is completed. Our basement is about 1600 sq feet and now about 500 of it is finished. It feels great and makes us want to keep going.
