Pistachio Cake


This is what I made for St. Patrick's Day. It was the last piece and doesn't look too pretty, but it tastes YUMMY!


Pistachio Cake


Cake:
1- White Cake Mix
1/2 C veg oil
2 small pkgs Instant Pistachio Pudding
3 eggs
1 1/2 C water

Spray bottom of 9x11 pan and bake 350 for 23-25 minutes (until top is golden brown)

Frosting:

12 oz. Cool whip thawed
1/2 C milk
1 small pkg Instant Pichastio Pudding

Combine milk and pudding then fold in cool whip.
Frost and enjoy!
