Its just money, right?

For the first time in our lives, we owe income taxes. Not just a little either, its a lot.
Plus,
Justin has to have surgery on April 8th for a Deviated Septum. He has had bloody noses for as long as I have known him. Sometimes, multiple times a day. We finally got him into a ENT doctor and got the diagnosis. Hopefully this will fix it and his life will be better not having to worry about getting a bloody noses all the time.

So, between all of this, we should be nice and broke just in time for summer.

Pistachio Cake

This is what I made for St. Patrick's Day. It was the last piece and doesn't look too pretty, but it tastes YUMMY!


Pistachio Cake

Cake:
1- White Cake Mix
1/2 C veg oil
2 small pkgs Instant Pistachio Pudding
3 eggs
1 1/2 C water

Spray bottom of 9x11 pan and bake 350 for 23-25 minutes (until top is golden brown)

Frosting:

12 oz. Cool whip thawed
1/2 C milk
1 small pkg Instant Pichastio Pudding

Combine milk and pudding then fold in cool whip.
Frost and enjoy!

I got a new comforter set! I have been wanting one for a while now. I got it at JC Penny and got a killer deal...plus I got to use a gift card that I have been carrying around since Christmas from Debbie (MIL). I am super happy....almost makes me want to dust or clean my blinds or something!!
